My key broke in half while I was trying to unlock the door to my car, and I had no spare key. Once I was able to get the half of the key out of the lock, I took both parts to ACE Hardware to see if they could make a copy from the two parts. The two gentleman working tried their best but had no luck, so they referred me to Doug Sexton. I called Doug the next morning, and within two hours, he met me at my car to assess the situation. He was so professional and so friendly, and even though it took a few tries to get all the keys workable, he made it happen. Not only did he make me a new key, but he also made multiple spares for me, too. The cost was reasonable in my opinion, and he was even kind enough to suggest I call my insurance company because they very likely could cover the cost of his services (I would not have thought of that if he hadn't suggested it). I can't thank Doug enough for getting my car back on the road again! You're The Man!
